ΣL Cycle Summary
On first impression the most recent peak of this excellent and profitable wave in Uranium has been somewhat left translated, indicating a mildly bearish underlying trend. However the more powerful and longer component around 150 days is due to peak in June, so we may well get sideways price action within the composite as bullish power is dissipated. Price moved up through March and early April prior to forming the aforementioned peak of this wave. Within the composite Cameco (CCJ) outperformed whilst Energy Fuels Inc. (UUUU) dragged down the overall gain across our sector selection. It is important to note for subscribers that while amplitude (variance) in this case can be markedly different (UUUU vs CCJ), the frequency of the underlying periodic features driving timing is almost identical. Thus, is is important to consider which instruments within a sector will yield the best results for each leg of a move.
